Playing the video
If you are using IE7 you will see a blank screen. Click the play button (the arrow in a circle) in the bottom left corner TWICE to activate the screen and play the video.
If you are using Firefox you will see a hyperlink saying
"[Click here to play]".
Click the link.
Depending upon your setup either the file will download and play automatically or a popup window will open asking you what to do and recommending your chosed media player.
Click the <OK> button and the file will download and play.
The file is large and can take several seconds to start, please be patient.
